She's been sleeping is a sculptural vase sculpted and glazed using mid-range clay and glazes. She took months to create with a slow process of drying and many hours of meticulous sculpting and glazing.

"She's been sleeping" was inspired by my feeling that we are often "sleeping", dreaming that we are only our small personal selves; unaware that our own greatness exists in our oneness with all things. One with nature, and one with the entire universe. We are all more amazing than we think we are.
